Terms of Service

Quotes. Quotes are provided free and without obligation, and are based on the property details you share. If conditions on site differ materially, we will discuss any change with you before starting work.

Scheduling and access. Service dates are confirmed in advance. We ask that vehicles, furniture, and pets be clear of work areas and that water access is available. Weather may require rescheduling.

Scope of work. We clean the surfaces agreed in your quote using methods appropriate to those surfaces. Pre-existing damage, oxidation, etched glass, and permanent staining may limit results; we will point these out when we see them.

Protective coatings. Coatings are applied to help protect glass from environmental buildup and make future cleaning easier. They are not a permanent treatment and do not eliminate the need for cleaning.

Payment. Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.

Insurance. GulfSide GlassWorks is licensed, insured, and bonded. Proof is available on request.
